hi, i know the gsr front crossmember will fit on the eg civics b/c they share the same front subframe, but i am not sure about the ek, does anyone know if it fits?

depending on who makes the kit. if it's a lakewood type xmember, it'll fit all three chassis because of the flexibility of the rod ends.

 

no its a benen crossmember, not adjustable. ill find a pic

hmm, ur talking about the one that bolts up with 2 14mm on each side? If I remember correctly (did a swap in a friend's EK), I didn't remember seeing the holes for it on the subframe, maybe it was dirty but I dunno. Basically if you look down on the subframe, check for the 2 mounting holes on each side (on my EG one was covered by crud and a power steering line bracket). Then again, that EK subframe on my friend's car did look diff. than mines.

PS. There is an oem version of that bar found on 94-01 integs, and del sols (doesn't seem model specific). And its a lot cheaper than the bennen piece (and functions the same), but if you want the blingy piece then by all means go ahead. (Just didn't know if u knew about the oem version of that piece).

 

yea the situation is this benen bar has been on my 92 hatch for like 2 years, and i am switching chasis to ek soon, so i dont want to sell it if it fits ek.
