eiback springs question
New member here who has been checking out and searching the boards for a few weeks. Anyway I bought a 97 lx coupe last summer and haven’t really done anything to it except put an overpriced dc intake on it (wish I would have searched the boards before I did that). So my car is a daily driver and I would like it to be a little more fun to drive so instead of more bolt-ons I am looking to get some better suspension for it. My buddy has some eiback springs (sportlines (?)I believe) that he pulled off of his 93 exaccord and I was wondering if these will work on my 97 lx. I am thinking that they will but was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these on my make model. What would be a fair price for a used set of those? Also any other suspension/wheel advice for my make and model would be appreciated. I admit that I know very little about this whole scene but am hopping for some advice.
Thanks

I've had eibach sportlines on my 97 accord for 8 years now and still lovin it. lowering springs will definitely give it better handling not to mention a much more aggressive look. sportlines will give you about a 2 finger gap in the front and 1 1/2 finger gap in the rear. not too low so you won't be scraping all over the place. not sure about the price these days, but I got mine for 220 installed back in 97. watch out for a bouncy ride so you might want to invest in some kyb agx struts. check out ebay for some good deals. you'll probably need to get an alignment after getting all this put in. Next thing on your list should be some 17'' rims and then maybe a header and exhaust system.
A good place to start is the basic accord guide found in the main accord forum. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=797528
Good luck!
