What is that exactly? Does it really give 30% more power? any comments?

Its an add-on computer chip. it might give 30% but im not sure its not an ebay scam item its a legit item. Im not sure if the auction is though

all it does is give you 100% throttle in lower rpms. Not worth the price in my opinion
