Default different size tires.

one of my tires got a hole in it and they fixed it but it still leaked air. i took it back another time to get it fixed again but now it still leaks air. i have this goodyear protection plan or whatever that i can get my tires replaced for free. but they probaly will only replace that one tire right? is it bad riding on 3 worn tires and one brand new tire?

So all the tires are the same size and same model, they just have different amounts of wear (different tread depths)?

If so, don't worry about it...
