The fitment is perfect and we use a marine gel coating so the hood will not fade. We have sold other hoods on for the Dc but not any to honda-tech members yet.

To be honest with you I am unsure of the weave count. I can tell you that our hoods do not have a skeleton on them and about 5 pounds heavier then a normal carbon fiber hood because of all of the material used in the process. Our hoods are extremely high quality and Really durable. We also use a marine grade gel coating so there will be no fading of the hood!!

Civic/Integra hoods weigh approximately 20 pounds. Thats roughly 10+ pounds lighter then stock.

i called VIS and they said there hoods weigh in at 17+ pounds also. Our Hoods are around 20 or just under so you are looking at the same weight as the competitors.
