That looks stolen to me. Its obvious when they take a picture of the stamp and only take the top so all you can see is B18C5.

 

Then he's also selling a b16a block (w/ no pics) and a b16a tranny (w/ no pics of VIN area)...

Some one needs to report his *** again. I dont know how to but if someone knows how to it would be great. I was going to send payment for the itr block and he wanted only money order made out to his girl friend. Seems like an odd thing to do. Well I hope someone reports this guy to the feds if it is true he is a scammer.
