so the other night i'm driving home and i come to a light and its idling at about 1400rpm, i think "wtf?"

i didnt think anything of it, but when i got home it was still idling high. so the next day on my way to work i hit vtec a few times and when i get to work its idling fine (~700)

the next day its fine, but then today on my way to class its idling at 1200 or so, wtf?

should i try sea foam? i hear that fixes erradic idle problems sometimes...

if so i heard that it can kill your o2 sensor, there is a new sensor in the car and i dont wanna break it... so... should i just unplug it or completely take it out?

i kinda know what your talking about on mine some times it drops to about 2oo or 300 rpms and shakes my engine and all i do is un plug my vacume line from my fuel presure reg and plug it back up and its fine. ill ask some freinds of mine and see if they know any thing for yours

try the tps throttle possitioning sensor, it may be bad
