Default Squeak and dimming lights – help

When I drive at night or with the heat or window wipers on my car makes a loud squeaking noise when I take off in first and second. I think it has something to do with the alternator or belt – maybe it needs to be replaced or something. The car starts fine but turns over slow. I figured the squeak has something to do with the electric because when I had the car at idle with the lights and heater going it would make the noise and when I turned the lights off it stops. So what do you all think it is – what should I look for?

98% Sure its your alternator belt. More than likely just needs to be tightend. Get an extra long screwdriver, wedge it between the alternator and block, loosen the alternator push the screwdriver & alternator towards the rear of the car than tighten the alternator back up. Should solve it, its a 10 minute job.
