Default ITR cams

i have a b16 with a skunk2 p28 chip and valve spring set up. when i get to high rpms after 7500 my car seems to be losing power. someone told me it was cuz i need stronger cams. would i produce more power at higher rpms if i were to install some itr cams i have laying around? any tips would be much appericiated

the set up is jus a jdm b16 wit straight 4-1 header 2.5 straight pipe everything else jus bone stock. when im punching it afer my car goes past 8,000rpms my car seems to no gain anymore power. i have a check engine light cuz i dont have my 02 sensor plugged in. but after 7500 rpms my car will bog out on me and jerks me forward. any help is very appericiated
