my setup is a 97 dx with 95 b16sir2. every thing was working fine i put my skunk2 intake mani on now i have cel light 14 what the hell my iacv worked fine with the stock mani why is it on now with the skunk2 mani. i know its not dirty because i swapped it from the b16 mani to the skunk2 mani quickly it never sat around (THE IACV THAT IS) why is this light on please help. its not affect the cars performance though.

 

try replacing the iacv and reset the ecu, see if it takes care of the problem.

If it was cleaned, plugged it back in, and it worked on your old IM then I have no idea. My Skunk 2 IM does not cause my car to throw any codes and it never has. Are you sure that you got the corect code from the CEL?

 

Make sure it is plugged in correctly. You may have switched a plug or two around when you swapped manifolds.
