Default JG Edelbrock vs. Blox Which one?

I am interested in a new manifold I have a GSR....current mods are BC Spec 3+ cams and gears, Portflow springs an retainers, es oval exhaust with 2.25 piping, JDM 4-1 ITR header, akimoto short ram, hondata IM gasket

My question is it worth it to spend the extra money for the JG compared with the blox

Run the Blox. The JG is too big for that set up.

ok I was thinking about the the JG with a 64+ TB...so I am guessing its best to get the blox w/ a bigger throttle body

it depends on where you want to make power. the blox will help with midrange and the JG is for top end(7K to 10K)

i have also heard that the jg one is a little to big for an all motor setup. let alone a stock comp. ratio setup. i just installed the blox intake on my setup, great fit and the finish is better then stock. compared to the stock itr mani, i will give it a thumbs up.

I've always heard that the JG was bad for a stock compression all-motor car, but we recently put one on a swap we did for a customer. Motor was a stock, JDM GSR with the JG. The car dyno'd at 178whp with no noticeable loss in the midrange. More than likely it was just one of those freak things, but we were surprised with the results.
