low idle

low idle

i have a problem with my b16....it idles really low like at 100 rpms when its cold then it warms up the idle jumps back up to about 1000 rpms.....im throwing the code for the tps....is that why?

take a voltmeter and measure the voltage at the tps. I'm not sure what the voltage should be but a haynes manual will.
