Default How do I keep my shift **** from moving in my ep3?

I guess because of the warmer weather my shift **** is constantly moving around. Is there anyway to get it to stay in one place?

Thanks

moving around?? like twisting?

if its twisting thers that bolt you can get that goes under it to secure a tight lock.

I think the OE **** uses clips. Maybe the clips broke.

That is what I thought too, but it turns either way?????? Not a lot, but twist some pretty easy.

beCAUSE IT IS threaded on, the only thing u can do is find a nut with that thread, screw it on 1st, then your ****. use an open ended wrench to hold the nut while you turn the **** as tight as u can. they will stay put...locked together
