what are the best rings to get for high compression on stock bore?

I have to wonder if anyone has had experience with Total Seal on Hondas. They really are better than regular rings, I just haven't heard anyone talking about them.

j/w before i go and buy oem honda rings, cause i'll just be replacing them in 6 months to a year maybe.

i checked out TotalSeal.com an it looks like there rings are really good, i guess we'll see, i called but being that there located in Az. an i called at 9.am an they were prolly closed im going to call back around noon see what kinda prices there giving.i'll be sure to keep u updated, might see about sponsoring also.

you will get mixed reviews on the total seal rings, imo its not worth the money, i had a set of my lude before, i don't see any improvement over the hastings rings

i was told today if i was building an all out turbo/nos. car then yea they would be good, but going with oem honda rings.

They're not just for all out stuff. You can run a wider ring gap with a better seal and less leakdown than regular rings. It's like good in every way. Of course, anything is better than the Ford rings for the 302 we're building...

As always, you can't go wrong with Honda.
