Im having a problem trying to find a good bolt up exhaust kit for a 94 eg hatch because my Headertech header has a 3in outlet on it. I can only find 2.5in exhaust kits and no 3in, or found a couple 3in but they are for coupes and I do not want to modify to fit my hatch.

This is a problem as Ive been running open header for a while now, and it is getting annoying and to hard to dodge the cops anymore. Please HELP!!! Any info or links to buy a 3in kit for a eg hatch would be greatly appreciated.

 

lose the header mang! no need for 3" out unless you have a sick turbo on the car.

 

Thermal makes a 3" exhaust for the hatchback.you can also fab an exhaust.you oculd also buy an exhaust of any other size,and have a reducer welded where it meets the header.
BUT,as said above-you don't need a 3" exhaust.

last time i checked you dont run headers with a turbo maybe that changed haha, maybe a stupidcharger, but a 3in' header that made over kill your bottom end must be like a three year olds christ, but regardless get a pipe reduced, but get rid of that thing

 

i agreed with everyone lose the header than you should have enough for another header and then the exhaust would be much easier but good luck with whatever you choose!
