I recently pulled this out of a j spec ITR motor i got.
It apears to open at stock honda thermostate specs but doesnt like one at all, being gold and all. what is interesting to note is the tip of it when can be screwed down to aparently tighten the thermostate spring.

 

Maybe its adjustable, never seen one like that.

I can tell you it is not a billion...The billion ones arent adjustable like that from what ive seen, they are like all the others and not adj. like this.

ARC, Billion, Sard, Spoon, Mugen are all the same w/o this screw down threading...
