Default Hubcentric Rota Slips on ITR

I got a set of Rota Slipstreams in 16x7 5x114.3 for my ITR and I noticed that I'm going to need hubcentric rings for them to sit well. What dimensions do I need? Where can I find these?

Thanks for the link. They dont carry for Rota. I'd like to know the dimensions of the hubcentric rings that people are using... If they are using them? and what material, plastic or metal?
