Default `05 Civic Special Edition Stereo (hard to find, I'm sure...)

Hi guys,

I know this may be difficult or impossible to find for a decent price (already checked Ebay, and there are none) due to limited availability, but I just took a look at the six-disk CD/MP3 stereo Honda has added to their 2005 Civic Special edition, and would love to find the head unit itself if I could. I have a 2004 Civic EX sedan it would match perfectly in, retaining the factory look but adding a lot of flexibility. If anyone knows where I could get one, I'd be interested in knowing prices (even if I could pull it out of a salvage vehicle).

For reference, here's a picture:

I saw that in a commercial the other day and I was thinking the same thing. Looks aftermarket though..... too flashy for the "window shoppers"

Nakamichi is good stuff, had one of their decks once (back when cassettes were still the norm and CD players weren't available yet). The one gripe I'd have about them is that their MP3 capabilities are limited...two of their decks can play them, but displays are extremely limited for showing track name, etc. Admittedly, they're also expensive. I already have a Kenwood KDC-MP822 and four Infinity Reference 6.5" speakers I can put in the Civic if I want; I was just hoping I might be able to find Honda's actual unit. The MP3 playback along with six-disc changer capability was a real plus, it's hard to find both in an in-dash unit, and the controls looked far better organized than the stock Civic CD player (changing the volume while driving with that small **** is a pain in the rear, IMO).

EDIT: Does this unit look like a double-DIN unit to you guys? I vaguely recall seeing something similar in a Crutchfield catalog some time ago.
