Default Painted my valve cover today.

I painted it once before, came out crappy, decided to sand the hell out it and try over, its not perfect but i am happy with it. keep the comments on the color to all but positive please

eh.
looks to me as if you used a thick sand paper or something.. or possibly just sanded too much. you can definatly see that it's been sanded.

yes i used a thick paper cuase it was really messed up from the first, and then i used a finer one, its not perfect as i said but i like it, i may aircraft remove it and start from scratch but for now.

honda is closed on sundays, so i have to do it monday or tuesday.

ground is wrong too.

I would have left the honda unpainted too.

I believe you can still save it and scratch the paint off with a razor blade and such.

everybody uses wrinkle paint so its good to see a cover with something else for once. i'm not saying i hate the wrinkly paint its badass just, its gettin old.

kinda how i felt, but also no one has pink wrinkled paint so.

you do need to find a pink wrinkle paint, you can use the black wrinkle paint and then paint pink over it doesn't look bad, I've done one colored wrinkle paint and like 10 black wrinkles, Ive also done some without, I just love the way it looks, there might be a thing as too smooth....good job!! and you can clear coat wrinkle paint, havent done it, but im interested to see how it would turn out....anyone wanna let me do their vc for free?
