Default Townsend Bros. H2B Adapter Plate.... 11.97 Stock Block H22 CMI 4-24-05

H22+YS1+1775lbs=11's

Well, we did it. First pass 11.97@113 on an internally unmodified JDM H22 longblock right out of the trailer. 60 ft. 1.69.

Second run, 1.59 60 ft., half track 94 MPH....and then silence. We were on a pace to an 11.6 run. Crank pulley bolt backed out along with the key and we bent a few valves. We just finished pulling the head, all 16 valves bent. That's racing.

The plate works wonders! The YS1 GSR gearing appears optimal for our setup. Again, this is a bone stock motor. No Type S anything.

We will have some pics of the setup up soon!

Finally! I've been following this for years!

BTW, it's weird how your crank bolt backed out, since the same thing happened on my H22 (it was an H22a4) too. And on PO.com, there are a few guys who had the same problem?

Are you guys selling the adapters?

I checked out this kit and have nothing but good things to say about it. Very well fabricated and still utilizes stock B series axles and intermediete shaft. I can't wait to get my hands on a kit.

He is trying to sell a kit that works....going down the track proves that it DOES WORK. This kit is worth the wait.

Track time is not the only factor. Working with the U.S patten office is a time consuming process. Submittial is ready to go. The kits availablity should be the end of June. Works with DA, DC, EG, EK, and EF. Email me for pricing.

Thanks again Lo. You time and efforts have assisted us immensely.
