Sorry, I already posted this in the Audio/Video/Security forum, but I dont know how many CRX/EF people go there.

My question is, where did you mount your door lock actuators? A pic would be an awesome reference before I go drilling. Thanks a lot

 

look at th armrest on the door cards, thats about the only place you can put them i think. (behind them)

my drivers side rubs on the panel sometimes, but that's where the most room is.

 

great thread, i have to do this sometime this month.

 

i put it practically right in front of the door opener, i used some tin snips and cut some of the metal away. been there for 3 years on both my crx and hatch, and never had to adjust or retighten anything.

What do you mean by "the door opener"?? I have a 91 so I have even less room under the door panels cause of the stupid door mounted seatbelts

you know where the lock itself is? right infront of that, my cars have the door mounted seatbelts too, you will just need to cut a little of the metal for the thing to fit

 

pretty much right below the mirrors

 

mine are near the door latch.
