ZC timing ?
I just repaced the timing belt on my DOHC ZC and I'm having trouble getting my timing set correctly. Right now the car runs, but when I press the gas the rpm's slowly increase then the car stalls. I'm no expert on timing thats why I'm asking for some advice. I believe I need to advance the timing.Any advice on how to do this?
I just did a search and found this link: http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/timing/timing.html
Should the procedure be the same on the ZC?

I'll bet you're off by a tooth. Your timing shouldn't be so far off from changing the belt that the car stalls. It really shouldn't be off at all.
Remember that the ZC gears should point in toward each other when you're done. The up arrow on the exhaust cam should be like at like 12:01pm and your intake is at 11:59pm. (not quite that far, but you get the point). This is all when the TDC mark is up (not the three timing marks, but the single TDC mark).
