Default walbro 255lph question

i was wondering if a walbro 255lph intank fuel pump will be necessary or net me any gains in performance with my setup?
Here's my setup:
2nd gen b16a, ported and polished, 3 angle valve job, milled .030", crane stage 2 cams, crane dual valve springs and ti retainers, ferria keepers, SRI, bored 64mm throttle body, AEBS intake manifold, hondata heatsheild, 4-2-1 header w/2.5" collector, 2.5" high flow cat, 2.5" exhaust....tuned with adj cam gears/vafc2.
What else do i need?

i can acutally get the 255 for cheaper than the 190....b/c this speed shop that i always go to has a 255 in stock and he'd give it to me cheaper than any other place has quoted me for the 190.
Will i see any gains with a walbro pump? Will i need a adjustable FPR?
