who uses hydrogen in there tires for drag tires?
just wondering how many do....i know at work we see alot of cars come in with the green caps and they have nitrogen in them...the gas doesnt increase or decrease pressure with temp...
nascar has used for a while from what i heard...

hydrogen unstable no its overated. It would not be usefull in a tire as it would likely escape.

You didn't mean to say that hydrogen being thought of as unstable is overrated did you? Sorry, just having trouble interpreting that. Doesn't really matter, the car would weigh less with it in the tires...

No point in drag tires unless you can trasport it and fill it your self. They offer it for free at my work but I dont even take it because as soon as you adjust your tire pressure at the track you know you'll have to fill it back up with normal air.
