Default Putting a JDM ITR tranny onto B16... questions

I have a 2000 Honda Civic Si(B16A3)... the transmission is shot and i'm purchasing a jdm integra type r tranmission, i was wondering about what is compatable and what isn't... i have a ACT2600 clutch right now, will that work on the itr tranny? also will i need new axles or can i use the ones off my B16... what about the shift linkage?
