Testing Waters...2000 Honda Civic Si Clean Title...Sell whole car or Part out?

My cousin wants to sell or part out his 2000 Civic SI Clean Title, Excellent Condition with all original parts. Have B16A motor works but its idling "don't know why'? If he doesn't get $7,000.00 OBO he will part it out.

ill take the strut bar, spark plug wires, and gauge cluster
