i voted NO, i bought a wrecked 93 si hatch will 140,000 for 300 (pricd paid to get back from insurance). IMO i wouldnt buy a car with a salvaged title unless it was for parts

To repair a salvage title.. DOnt you have to get a state(?) approved shop to do it? Something along the lines of that... I forgot...

U can "wash" a title in Tennesee or Alabama. Find someone who lives there, "sell" them the car and have them register it and "buy" it back -CLEAN!!! Tennesee and Alabama don't have salvaged titles.

I would never buy a Salvaged Title car, no matter what the price. Extremely hard resale value.

if you plan on using it for a track car or never re-selling it, i'd say get it. but if not, then don't get it because salvage titles gives cars almost no value

i bought my 93 coupe for 900 dented up radiator support and all about a year and half ago . this car has ben runnin perfect every sense but last year sombody rear ended me a lil and the insuranse company totaled it out so now its a salvaged title . it didnt even touch the damn frame or nothing . they said sense it was an older car and it has previous damage, they didnt wont to fix it . so they paid me a 1000 dollars for a damn rear bumper thats all!!!

plus i found out that has a salvage title prior to me buying it from another state

I agree, that's too much money for a salvaged title and high mileage engine.
