Hey guys, I'm running a Garrett "super 60" T3 (.48 exhaust/.60 compressor)on my ZC, and the oil seals are starting to let go. So, rather than feed oil into my engine or spend money on a new unit, I was thinking of getting it rebuilt. According to what I've found on ebay, they just require a general rebuild kit that will work on any T3 or T3/T4 hybrid. Is this a fact? Sometimes ebay sellers are full of ****, and I'm new to rebuilds, so if you guys can help I'd appreciate it. I found this:

according to my suppliers site , he sells the kit for $71 plus $40 balance plus labor.
If I only had cridentials I would do it, but hey its part of being a newbie!

 

i was going to buy one of those kits. if you look around ebay they also sell the whole center housing with all bearings and seals pre-loaded into it. so basically just slide the shaft through, bolt on the compressor wheel and both housings and you're good to go. although i've never heard any kind of feedback it though.
