No HFP Package for 2002?

No HFP Package for 2002?
How come Honda does not make a package for 2002. This is probably the best kit for this model car w/o going JDM. Honda said it will not fit on it but why, as the only differnce i know of is the 4 bolt pattern. Does anyone else know why?

the only thing that doesnt fit is the wheels due to the fact that they are 5 lug. everything else is the same, most dealers just go by the books and don't want to take any risk. IMO i think the 16" HFP wheel for the civic coupe looks better than the 17" 5 spoke for the EP.
