I think this is a repost. Although if Honda wanted to come out with another I wouldn't be opposed to it as long as it sticks to the original idea/purpose.

 

I think we are all gonna have to keep dreaming. That car does look sick though. To bad it would probably weigh over 3k lbs these days.

I'd like to see a 160hp/200hp K series motor in it with a weight of ~2400lbs. The reason I say 2400lbs, is that with all the technology changes and air bags, etc. I know they will not be able to get it to 1900-2000lbs like it was before. Heck, a '91 crx si weighed like ~2100lbs. Of course, a small great handling car.

there's a sticker on the side that says Civic Type R .......i seen some posts on this in the civic section....its not the crx guys

 

yeah it's not a CRX. i remember reading in Hondatunning or some magazine taht that is the new 2006 Civic. it is pose to be in europe or something. i duno i have to check.

 

the first two chops are the fake crx... the second two chops is their fake version of the civic hatch/type r. It wont look anything like that though..... much much uglier. Ill see if i can find a pic....

The 2006 Civic's will be based off that concept, hence it being title the 2006 CRX

 

That is my number one honda wish, to see honda come out with a re-run of the CRX still holding to the original idea of the CRX, I know it's not very likely and if they do they will prob murder it but it can't hurt to wish.

 

I really hope they do bring back the CRX. I love my CRX. Although I couldnt say I wouldnt trade it for the world, cause it is just a car. but I havent found any other car that can handle, have the power, and aftermarket suport as a honda CRX. When this motor dies. drop in about 700 dollers for a d15b vtec obd1 conversion, p28 ecu? and drive for another 150k+ miles? ha! I would like to see any other car do that.
