Default Hologram in NightHawk Black paint?

I bought an Accord Coupe EX V-6 last week. I noticed a couple of days ago, however, that a bunch of white hologram-like marks are visible behind the rear passenger tire in bright sunlight only. Does anyone have any guess as to what this is? It's not visible when its overcast or at night. Thanks.

Looks like a bad buff job. Try using 3m buffing compound and see if it's still there.

It could have been in an accident, and they had to repaint that area and did a bad job buffing it.

best advice EVER

just to clear things up, there shouldn't be any thing like that especially if you talking about a brand new car

take it back, they probably back your car up into something and doesn't want to discount you for the damage

if you got the car used, too bad huh?

It's brand new. However, I bought it this month (in April) but the sticker said it was manufactured in November of 2004. So, it looks like it has been sitting on the lot for awhile. Only had 40 miles on it when I took it home, so unless they set back the odometer, I don't think it's a return from someone else.

yeah, you got owned by someone who had no clue what they were doing with a buffer. or they were trying to wax that area with somethign really gritty.
