I swapped my old head last night, did the timing, all new gaskets, nothing was ghetto rigged. But the only plugs I had were four ngk plugs that were colder for a supercharger I was gonna install. Any way would the colder plugs have that effect? From 1-3k theres a real mild lag then after 3k it revs and runs great. If not the plugs then what should I check for? Thanks.

if not plugs then plug wires and if not that,

are you using the right injectors?? are they too small???

 

no it was just a simple head swap ... 1.5 head for 1.5 head, used the same intake manifold and injectors, new ngk wires

The cam and number one piston was all top dead center. I helped with the head swap.
