Personally I just went with the Eichbach sportlines(2" drop) But alot of people go with coilovers so they can adjust to the height that they like usually they range anywhere from 0"-3" which is a nice range, but take into consideration that if you lower it without a camber kit it may mess your tire wear up. And if you have money go with just a full suspension for about 1000-2000 depending on the manufacturer. Once you get this done if you do it at all send me some pictures.. I just bought some 17" RH c5 evo's and they look good with the 2" drop.

Yea thats my issue here. i wanna just go with some coilovers without the new shocks for like $200 but everyone is tryin to talk me outta it. the sportlines u bought are just lowering springs, correct?
They have some at the dealer right now for $185 but i gotta a v4 an they are for a v6 at the dealer. thats a steal at $185. but they say it wont work to install em.
i dont really care so much about the ride quality but at the same time i dont wanna destroy the investment of the tires i have purchased, or have to pay $50 a month for an alignment every month.
The adustable coilovers are supposed to destroy the stock shocks they say, but im wonderin how the Skunk2 set would hold up.? Im lookin at some dropzone coilovers right now.
Either way i will definately have pics available when this project is complete. Do u happen to have any pics of ur set up with the eibach sportline lowerin springs on the 17z??

why would you be gettin an alignment every month? i've got sportlines on 17's with kyb agx struts. two finger gap in the front and one finger gap in the rear. no matter what, if you don't correct the camber your tires will wear out pretty quick. invest in some camber kits for the front and use the washer method in the back. if you don't really care about the ride quality then don't worry about destroying your shocks. i rode on my stock shocks with the sportlines for over 6 years. finally got sick of the bouncy ride and got the agx. go with the coilovers if you want it nicely tucked.

if you want coilovers, don't get coilover sleeves for the accord, unless you want a super stiff ride. get a set of Apexi World Sport coilover. they are a full coilver setup and offer great ride quality.

Well the best for accords are Ground Control by Eibach. You can also go for Skunk 2, Dropzone-A few sport cars here have those and they love them. Also go ahead and get KYB GR2 struts. I have ground control with those struts and they r great. You will want to change your struts soon cause i ran into a problem where i put on coilovers with my stocks and later on down the road my struts went bad quock so changed the whole suspension. It can save you a lil more money. Build your own suspension. Well known strus and coilovers will do.

Omnipower is your best bang for your buck.

Much better than other coilover sets in that price range, but still not 'high quality'. Its basically a higher quality cheap suspension kit. I'm using Omni LCAs and i'm very happy with them, lightweight and a mount f or an aftermarket tie bar, but i've not had personal experience with the coilovers.

There's also Tanabe, D2, and H&R cup kit if you can find it. The H&R's aren't height adjustable but for $600 it'll drop you 2in and you can ride on adjustable koni's. Tanabe's depend on the model you get but they're all height adjustable and the D2's are 32 way adjustable and height adjustable.
