Polishing lip?
do it yourself. its not hard.
i usually charge about 50 dollars a wheel (depending on the wheel) for the entire wheel, but i'm independant and i dont clear coat since i dont have a gun.
if you wanna do it yourself, you have to strip the clear, sand the lathe marks away using 220.... work to a 400 or as high as a 600 grit, get a dremel rotary tool and about 4 polishing tips (not the discs, those suck) the actual hard cotton polishing drums and a tub of mothers aluminum wheel and mag polish. then go to town with the mothers, do about 2 square inches at a time (or about that area) work the polish till it turns black and hardens then rubs away on its own with the dremel. use very light pressure on the dremel. after you're done with the whole rim, hand polish it with cheese cloth or similar material and mothers. maintain by hand polishing with cheese cloth and mothers about once a week or every two weeks unless you get it cleared. turns out like a mirror if you do it all correctly.
it does take a while, once you've mastered it you can usually do a 15inch wheel in about 3 hours (entire wheel from nasty to mirror).
my tips are:
let the sand paper do the work for you, dont press hard, you'll just waste the sand paper and waste your fingers. also go easy on the polish but dont use the bit where there isn't any polish. if you make a mistake, no big deal, just re-sand and go at it again. change your bit when it gets cone shaped or the metal pin going through it will expose and gouge the rim.
good luck

i'm guessing in the 300-350 range all polished and cleared. go out and get some quotes from rim shops. if you can't find a shop that will do the work, ask them who they send their wheels to get work done, they'll help you out.
