Default D15B2 tech topic-

Just wondering out of curiosity if anyone with a D15B2 motor has everhad any uck modifiying the throttle body in some way as to actually achieve a worth while effort for horespowergain some where??(Granted the best mod to it could be to swap with a MPFI, this I know.....)

Removing the restrictor plates is about all that you can do... why waste money on a DPFI TB/IM?

Where to find complete "how to's) on the D15B2? theres plenty of info on the others.

The DPFI to MPFI is pretty much only for a D15b2 or D15B1 as all other EF engines had MPFI already. As for any other how to's the D series SOHC engines are all pretty much similar in how things are done.
Are you looking for something specific for a how to?

Here is a good one for a MPFI conversion if that is what you were looking for

Pull off the DPFI cover, and you'll see a small brass plate in there.

Ditch the mpfi and go Individual Throttle Bodies, pistons, rods, blah, blah...
