wasup guys, i recently bought me the 99-00 civic fogs and i have an EG, im trying to refit it onto my car cuz i just like how the 99-00 looks... problem is, my EG doesnt come with the brown plug, it comes in the 99-00 civics, its a brown one pin connecter i think...i got advice from this one guy, he said i can rewire it to my fuse box or something.. i dunno what i should do...help! any of you guys did this? the cuttin the bumper isnt a problem, just the rewiring n stuff

EDIT: do you think it might be like TUCKED UNDER THE WINDSHIELD WASHER RESERVOIR, cuz i looked around it, i didnt see it, i tried pulling on it, ima take it out, see whats under , still some help would be nice

Most EG's dont come with factory foglight wiring since it was an option. It won't be hard to run a 12V+ switched and then a ground. Just get a EG factory fog switch from Ebay or somewhere and wire them up.

 

so i need to buy the EG FOGLIGHTS ALSO... there is no way i can rewire the 99-00 fogs into my EG..?

 

ground the ground wire and run the positive to a switch and then a 12 volt source?

 

doing your own wiring would actually be the best way... just don't forget to run fuses.
