I was filling my windshield wiper fluid the other day when i noticed between the side of thee engine bay and the windshield wiper resivior there was a wire clip. Its a grey clip. It looks identical to the other 50 wire clips in the engine bay but nothing was pluged into it. I have a base 98 lude, which makes me think it could be an atts related thing but i really have no clue. Maybe jdm fog lamp wiring?

You cannot host a pic from your computer desktop. You have to use an image hosting server like wetodddidracing.com or whatever the **** it is. And also, its probably a fog light clip or goes to one of your radiator fans, check that too.
