Car History since my acquisition:
Car was purchased from Clair Acura in Boston MA for use as a Daily Driver in the DC area. The car was purchased with the Extended Acura Warranty. In DC the car was regularly garaged for two years when not in use. My mods are limited, I wanted to improve the handling. The interior is bone stock. I have never eaten or smoked in the car, and have only drank water in the vehicle. The interior is regularly Armorall-ed and vacuumed and exterior is washed and waxed twice a month. For the past three months the car has been driven only to the grocery store and for small errands probably about once every two weeks. Prior to that the car was driven to and from work (about a 4 mile trip). I was considering a manual conversion, but to me, the money would be better used in a car that was already manual. The car has a lot of potential but I just don't have the time to really "work" on it. My next duty station is in SoCal and I don't want to have to drive the car cross country.
Maintance:
The car has had its oil changed using Mobile 1 Synthetic at every 3000-3500 with OEM Honda Oil Filters. Until two months ago, the car was garaged when not in use (my parking contract ended due to a change in my building's lease of a garage). I have never had any mechanical problems with the vehicle and it screams Honda reliability and versatility. There is very slight cosmetic wear. The passenger rear quarter panel as three very subtle indentations. These can only be seen when looking at the car a certain way. I have no idea how they got there. The rear bumper paint is slightly peeling in the two little cavernous areas in the license plate holder. Bottom line, this car handles and drives great and looks good.
I am looking for 11000/OBO and will consider any serious offers. If you are looking to post criticism or anything of that nature, please refrain from doing so. I will also consider selling some of the parts of the car, i.e. Strut tower bar or the CAI. All serious buyers will receive the VIN via PM. I will be happy to show the car. FYI - The car is now on OEM GSR Fat Fives with Falken Azenis Tires that are at least 85%
