Looks like a pretty good plan, close to what I want to do.

I think you should run a hi-flow cataylitic converter instead of the
test pipe though.

It will sound cleaner and be less harmful on the environment.

BTW: not a bad drawing either

And more: mind you really don't want the resonator that shaped... You'll have a free flowing exhaust so gases will be flowing quite fast and they will destroy the back wall of the resonator (this is what I fight with now... Every 2 months I have to weld this bloody wall). Look for the resonator which is oval-shaped (more less like an egg).

Edit: correcting logical English error

put the primary o2 sensor where it used to go, just weld it into the header, that way you wont have to extend the wires to reach the harness, and if you ever put a cat on there, you could still have a spot for the primary o2....

you should condsider, like pentaq said, getting a resonator that tapers back into the pipe....check out the ones on all the catbacks.....something like that....

Leave the catalytic converter on , for every 1 vehicle without a cat it's like adding an extra 10 cars worth of pollution to the road.

SKDRCR - thanks the problem is im tryin to save as much cash as possible i dont have much to spend on the car rite now its just that the exhaust broke so i gotta fix asap and thanks for the complement i like to draw

pentaq,mgags7 - ok so go with a different res. and i just forgot where the o2 sensors went i thought they where both on the cat so the exhaust should be more like this

integra15 - my cat is gutted with an o2 sim the cat melted on the inside and i cant afford a new one so if i cant find a good price on a hi-flow i will use a test pipe im sorry i have to admit im not too woried about the environment but im tryin to get the exhaust done befor the cops find out im running without a muffler

thanks for the help so far

No, I never said that you were a retard, I specifically stated that your post was retarded. Oh, and thanks for referring to me as a jack ***...and here I didn't think anyone noticed my avitar....(awww...how sweet...)

CarSound for $53.75 *SHIPPED*

Add a foot or so of 2.5" pipe and 2 flanges and you have yourself a direct-fit cat for little more than a test-pipe and you aren't beating mother earth's ***...

That picture looks exactly like my exhaust, except the o2 is before the test pipe.

I wouldnt go with a test pipe if i were you, i would spend my money on a high flow cat. I have both the test pipe and a high flow cat, i removed the test pipe because it made the beautiful sound of my GReddy SP2 sound like ****. The high flow cat will remove some of the raspyness that is heard with the test pipe.

In conclusion... High Flow Cat > Test Pipe

nice drawings there, another downside to not having a cat is the exhuast will stink up your car...and you, but to each his own.

My exhaust is basicly just like the drawing, though I don't have a flanged test-pipe, just solid from the header to the res, and also with an N1, 2.5" pipe. It's loud, and after driving mine for a fair amount of time now with this exhaust, I'm very sick of the volume. I've almost got the cash for a high flow cat finally, so I'm hoping it will quiet down a bit.

I also get the point now, for all those that bitch about the pollution when people mention test-pipes. Backing the lude in my small garage every day and then getting out of the car into noxious levels of gasses gave me an idea of how much **** cats realy do filter out, my garage never smelled like it does now back when I had a cat, and soon it'll be back to those good ole days.
