i m having trouble to find a diy for repainting wheels. can somebody help me out. everything i search nothing comes up for some reason.

i m thinking of getting some used silver slipstream, and repaint them to blk.

so whats your question? its pretty common sense to repaint a rim

 

i want a diy of how to prep the wheel and such. ie: how to strip off the old paint, primer?, coats of paint?, wet sand? sand paper to use etc etc.

 

obviously you have no idea on painting..

you can use acrylic or urethane. whichever you want. if can strip it off or just sand it until surface is smooth. you can use primer or not. you can top coat it or not. goes many ways...

 

OBVISUSLY I HAVE NO IDEA, or else i woulden't be asking.
