Default Car dies, Will not start......exhausted efforts...

I have tried searching first of all and tried all efforts. Here's the problem.

Car is a 90 Accord w/h22a. Was driving down highway when tach needle starts overreving, back to normal, then under revs and at same time car sounds like its misfiring (but engine doesn't rev with tach). CEL blinks on then off. Happened a couple times, then dies and coasts to stop. When it died, CEL came on. Car will not start. I check the CEL and there is no code! Check and find no spark and no fuel (do not hear fuel pump prime). Changed main relay with NEW one. Car still dead. Changed ECUs with my stock p13 (had chipped p28). Car still dead. Took aftermarket ignition off, put internal coil back on. Car still dead. All fuses and all grounds are GOOD. Car still dead. It is not battery, cus I jump off and still doesn't start. Please help me because I feel I have looked over everything. Please what have I missed or can try.
