Default Hole in my B pipe

So I got this free tune up at the Honda Dealer and why he was at it I ask him to check the exhaust as it has seem to get louder. He tells me I have a hole in my B pipe and the repair is about $400 dollars. I didn't know what a B pipe was but after visiting the manchester honda site I determined it is the mid pipe of the accord. Would you just repair this pipe at a muffler shop or order a new B pipe for about 150 dollars and have it installed?

go to a muffler shop, they can cut off the damaged section and replace the whole pipe(aluminized steel) welded up for around 35-50 buck

$ 400 sounds very high for replacing the b-pipe ,,if a new pipe is around $ 150 it should only be about 50-70 dollars labor to replace
