they are made by GTS. headlight covers i think they also make tail light siloquetes (sp?)

The covers are called Blackouts.

yea the older ones do... there 4x100. i have been told that you have to get extended wheel studs though

idk about that. I know a kids that had them on a DA and a EG CX and they didnt have to get studs, they just threw them on...
