I ordered my part on March 14th and now after a month and a half I still haven't received my part. And now they won't reply to my emails or answer the phone. I ordered a clutch from http://www.proclutch.com and it linked me to importlifestyle.com who I ordered it from. Now they have my $263.65 and I have no part, I have been emailing them every few days to several of their email addresses and proclutch' email address but the last response was on March 31st. That last email was about the fact that the same guy (Jeffb@importlifestyle.com) was also selling these clutches on ebay for $50 less. When I found this I asked him to change the price for the ebay price and his reply was

Thank you for the email and thank you for the patience's. I am working
with the accounting dept. to see if we can make the price adjustment and
give you back the different. I will let you know shortly.

and I have not heard anything since. It has been 21 days. I don't want to get scammed out of my money as 265 is a good amount to loose. Please don't buy from this site as they will rip you off to! Does anyone have any advice on what I can do? I have looked at a few government websites about filing a claim.
