Default Need some help with a clutch question

This is a fairly easy question I'm sure but I figured I woudl ask. I have a clutch masters stage 5 pressure plate that I will be mating to an act 6 puck clutch disk. Will this combo work considering the pressure plate is pretty damn strong since it comes stock mated to a sintered iron disk though I opted not to use that since I drive my car on the street. I'm thinking I should not have a problem but figured I would ask before I put it in.

thanks in advance

Why not go with the CM disc? LOL.. Anyways, we discurage people to mix and match parts when it comes to a high performance clutch kit because we set up each pressure plate with its matched disc for all different stages. We do this because the thickness of every stage of disc varies a little bit, so we have to set up the release on the pressure plate to ensure that it releases properly with the certain disc. We also provide a flywheel step card with every kit so that you grind your flywheel to the right specs also ensuring the kit to release properly. When you throw in a foreign disc in to the mix that might be a few thousandths thicker or something then you might have a big problem. So, what you could do is call our main plant at 909-877-6800 and tell them what you want to do and see if they could send you a disk that would work, or maybe just send your kit down and they could set it up for you to the right specs. Hope this aswers your questions, and let me know if you have any others. Thanks,
