AEM cam gear settings?

For anyone out there that put cam gears on a 00 civic si what did you place your exhaust and intake on + - degrees?? im trying to figure this one out with out hitting up a dyno... thanks

Best is what a dyno tune says, ***-DYNO's aren't very sufficient here.
