TIMING PROBLEM!! please help!

TIMING PROBLEM!! please help!
sorry guys don't hate on me but just got a question. just changed the timing belt on my b16 n i can't remember which line is suppose to line up with the cam gears. is it the three lines or is it the single line about an inch after the three lines? need help on it asap please. thanks in advance.
