Which HVLP Paint Gun to buy?
im looking to get an HVLP paint gun to start painting my own car and getting on some projects ect. Im looking for a gun that can possible to primer/color/clear's and im looking to spend around $200ish for a decent gun.
Ill be usuing a 4.5-5.5hp compressor and probably between 15-20 gallon tank

or perhaps...mid level entry gun(s) such as sharpe T1 series
I use 1.3 tip for base clear
1.5 for priming.
for the good stuff...use iwata, sata

his compressor wouldn't handle the high end guns. these guns need 10 cfm and above. i have a sata 2000 digital 2 and it requires 13.5 cfm. i also have a sharpe platinum and that runs on 7.4 cfm

Probably because it has to do with apperance and cosmetics.
As for a good gun I really like the Binks HVLP gun I have. Not cheap but well worth the money.
