ive got a jdm gsr swap in a vx hatch with no rear seats, powersteering, ac. Mods include 2.5 catback, modded airbox with hks drop in filter. My tires are michelin all seasons with about 50% tread left and dry rotting on 35 PSI. I was launching around 1200 rpms, I know that sounds crazy but it honestly works the best with my tires and ive tried everything. Does this time sound about right, or could i be pulling a 14 flat with better tires?

yea get some better tires run a lil less air, not alot less, and work on your 60ft times and youl be down to lower 14's in no time.

 

say I pull a basement 14 with good tires. What would my time be near when I bolt on my skunk 2 IM, AEM intake, ctr cams, 4-1 header, and chipped ecu?

 

I have found when launching my hatch that 15-1750rpm to be best. anything else is a 2.4+ 60". I am running yoks avs on hx rims and after last night feel like a little kid.
