i use to own those exact same ones, they are normal wattage bulbs and are as bright as my high wattage ones, IMO they are about 3/4 the brightness of HIDS, good for bad driving conditions too, here in cali one night it was hella foggy and i used these exact same bulbs and they shined through the fog, good bulbs IMO. but i upgraded to a HID kit so i threw them away. good bulbs
